Replacement Air Conditioning Unit At The M&S Bath Store

Project Info

The existing rooftop air conditioning unit at the Marks & Spencer store in Bath was over 15 years old, worn out, inefficient and ineffective.  However, the ductwork, controls, electrics, etc were all still in good condition and usable.

After undertaking a full survey to assess the situation, the existing unit was replaced with a new energy efficient, state of the art, Weatherite Manufacturing unit, built to the exact footprint of the old system. This meant that all existing connections, controls and ductwork could be utilised thereby keeping costs, disruption and downtime to an absolute minimum.

M & S Bath now has a highly efficient, high performance, better performing, longer lasting, energy saving air conditioning system.
