This is a fulltime role in a fast-paced environment, which involves working to very tight deadlines for some tasks.

To support the contracts department, duties will include:

  • Produce and Update the General Products Contracts Tracker
  • Weekly updates to Actual Forecast Spreadsheets
  • Produce accurate monthly job costings for monthly Accounts & Board Meeting
  • Produce accurate Year to Date Job Costings for monthly Accounts & Board Meeting
  • Checking engineers Purchase Reserves and Issuing to Accounts
  • Producing the monthly Production Work in Progress
  • Checking Monthly Sales Credit Note Report
  • Involvement with accounts team to ensure financial accuracy for monthly accounts.
  • Ensuring relevant Projects are ‘Completed’ on M1 (ERP System)
  • Proactive involvement with contracts engineers providing support when needed.
  • Processing Purchase Invoices
  • Raising Sales invoices and/ or Applications for Payment
  • Maintain the relevant areas of the M1 system and project server.

37.5 hours per week,    

Monday to Friday

Office based.

 

The successful applicant will:

  • have experience working in an administration role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • ideally have ERP systems experience, although training will be provided
  • have excellent communication skills
  • be IT literate, specifically in Excel and Word.
  • have strong numeracy skills
  • have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, being able to prioritise and work under pressure
