This is a fulltime role in a fast-paced environment, which involves working to very tight deadlines for some tasks.
To support the contracts department, duties will include:
- Produce and Update the General Products Contracts Tracker
- Weekly updates to Actual Forecast Spreadsheets
- Produce accurate monthly job costings for monthly Accounts & Board Meeting
- Produce accurate Year to Date Job Costings for monthly Accounts & Board Meeting
- Checking engineers Purchase Reserves and Issuing to Accounts
- Producing the monthly Production Work in Progress
- Checking Monthly Sales Credit Note Report
- Involvement with accounts team to ensure financial accuracy for monthly accounts.
- Ensuring relevant Projects are ‘Completed’ on M1 (ERP System)
- Proactive involvement with contracts engineers providing support when needed.
- Processing Purchase Invoices
- Raising Sales invoices and/ or Applications for Payment
- Maintain the relevant areas of the M1 system and project server.
37.5 hours per week,
Monday to Friday
Office based.
The successful applicant will:
- have experience working in an administration role, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- ideally have ERP systems experience, although training will be provided
- have excellent communication skills
- be IT literate, specifically in Excel and Word.
- have strong numeracy skills
- have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, being able to prioritise and work under pressure
